What is your MOQ and sample policy?

What are your accepted payment terms?

Our standard MOQ is one 20ft container. We provide complimentary product samples up to 2 kg for verified B2B buyers, with shipping costs covered by the importer prior to dispatch.

We accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight or Telegraphic Transfer with a 50% down payment and 50% upon presentation of the Bill of Lading.

What is the typical lead time?

How is quality control managed?

Production and packaging require 14 to 21 days from deposit confirmation. Transit times vary by destination port, typically taking 15 days to Asia and 35 days to Europe.

Every batch undergoes multi-stage hand-sorting and laboratory moisture calibration. We maintain moisture below 5% for briquettes and guarantee carbon content exceeding 80% for export-grade hardwood.
